Billy Figaro is an accomplished entrepreneur and graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education with a passion for American cuisine. Born and raised in New York, Billy developed a deep appreciation for the local flavors and culinary traditions of the region from an early age. After honing his skills at culinary school and gaining valuable experience in restaurants across New York, Billy decided to bring his expertise to Long Island. The latest concept, Oak & Vine, is a welcoming and stylish restaurant located in the heart of Glen Cove, NY. Here, Billy combines his culinary mastery with a warm hospitality that reflects the spirit of the local community. The restaurant's menu is a vibrant tapestry of classic American dishes with inventive twists, featuring seasonal ingredients as well as a robust cocktail program.
