Fernando Leites, was born in New York City. Fernando was raised in Brooklyn New York. He graduated from ICE (Institute of culinary education), where he achieved a culinary education degree. During his time at ICE, Fernando had the opportunity to fulfill and internship at one of John George’s restaurants in New York City named “Mercer kitchen“. Short time later, Fernando was hired as an executive chef in Bayridge Ridge, Brooklyn, NY. Close to a decade later, Fernando moves to Long Island, NY. As he transitions from city life to suburban life, Fernando finds himself as a consultant in the industry. He assists in opening multiple restaurants in New York. As his career continues to blossom, he finds himself working on the North Shore of Long Island, at Nassau, NY. Fernando Leites, has been featured in Industry Magazine, and in the Brooklyn Spectator.
