Collin Frazier

Director of Mixology

Collin Frazier began his beverage journey with The Modern at MoMA, cultivating a passion for both cocktails and wine. Since then he’s continued to hone his knowledge and craft at notable New York restaurants such as Colicchio & Sons, Temple Court, and Cecconi’s. Currently, he is the Beverage Manager and Head Mixologist at Great Jones Distilling Co. For Oak & Vine’s cocktail menu, he has spotlighted the inherent complexity of aged spirits with a variety of Old Fashioned variations, while also keeping an eye on seasonality with a diverse selection of unique signature cocktails. His wine selections seek to offer traditional favorites in addition to lesser known delights, all of which have been chosen to drink exceptionally well with our menu.
